Clayton Millsap

Owner/Manager

Clayton started The Damage Company in 2018 with his wife Marki. He has been in the collision repair industry since 2009. Clayton has an Associates degree in Collision Repair Technology from Olney Central College. In his free time he loves being outdoors be it fishing, riding dirtbikes or just hiking. Clayton is a Greenup native and loves helping the local community.

Marki Millsap

Owner/Accountant

Marki started The Damage Company with her husband Clayton in 2018. She is a full time cost accountant for a global manufacturing facility. Marki graduated from SIUC with a Bachelors degree in Accounting. She enjoys spending time with family, her dogs, and traveling. Marki keeps the business flowing with her knowledge.

Ashley Sehi

Office Manager

Ashley joined The Damage Company in September of 2022. She graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science and Education. She brings great organization and communication skills that will ensure you and your vehicle are well taken care of while at the shop. In her free time, Ashley enjoys spending her time with her family and puppies, reading, hunting, and traveling.
