Owner/Manager
Clayton founded The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC in 2018 alongside his wife, Marki, with a vision to provide high-quality, transparent, and customer-focused collision repair services. With a passion for the industry, Clayton has been working in collision repair since 2009 and holds an Associate’s Degree in Collision Repair Technology from Olney Central College.
A proud Greenup native, Clayton is dedicated to serving his local community by providing expert auto body repair and advocating for customers throughout the repair process. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s fishing, riding dirt bikes, or hiking. His experience, technical expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction make him a trusted leader in the industry.
Marki Millsap
Owner/Accountant
Marki co-founded The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC with her husband, Clayton, in 2018. With a strong background in finance and business management, she plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s continued growth and success. Marki earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) and currently serves as a Controller for a global manufacturing company.
Beyond her professional expertise, Marki enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and caring for her dogs. Her strategic financial insight and leadership help keep the business running smoothly, allowing The Damage Company to provide top-quality service while maintaining operational efficiency.
Faren Long
Office Manager
Faren joined The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC in 2024 and has quickly become an integral part of our team. With a strong eagerness to learn and a commitment to exceptional customer service, she is dedicated to assisting clients throughout the repair process. Painter
Isaac joined The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC in 2023 and has quickly established himself as a skilled and dedicated paint technician. As a PPG NXT Certified professional, he brings precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes on every vehicle.
With a keen eye for excellence, Isaac takes pride in his work, ensuring that each paint job meets the highest standards. Outside of the shop, he enjoys spending time outdoors, being with family, and caring for his pets. His passion for craftsmanship and dedication to quality make him a valuable member of The Damage Company team.
Carson Brewer
Collision Repair Apprentice
Carson joined The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC in 2024 after graduating from Jasper County High School. Eager to begin his career in the collision repair industry, Carson has demonstrated a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning.
While he is still developing his skills, Carson has already shown great dedication and a willingness to grow in the field. His determination and hands-on approach make him a promising up-and-coming technician. As he continues to gain experience, Carson is committed to mastering the craft and becoming a key asset to the team.
Matt Gerhardt
Collision Repair Technician
Matt may be new to the collision repair industry, but he is no stranger to working on vehicles. Having worked on cars since the age of 15, Matt’s passion for automotive repair runs deep. After 25 years in a different career, he made the bold decision to pursue his dream of becoming a collision repair technician, a testament to his dedication and commitment to the craft.

Gunner Gerhardt
Collision Repair Apprentice
Gunner may be an apprentice, but his passion for working on vehicles started long before he joined The Damage Company Auto Refinish, LLC. From the time he could hold a wrench, he was learning alongside his father, developing a strong foundation in automotive repair.
Despite his young age, Gunner possesses a natural talent beyond his years. His eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience make him a promising technician in the making. With his dedication and drive, he is well on his way to becoming a skilled professional in the industry.
